Charisma Jewelers should’ve been the first place I looked for engagement rings. My fiancée has a very unique taste and the bridal specialist Hali was a tremendous help. It was very hard for me to articulate what it was that I wanted, but she understood perfectly. She helped me build a custom ring that ended up being exactly what I wanted, and my fiancée loves it! We went back to Charisma for our wedding bands and Hali was incredibly patient and kind with us. She got us exactly what we wanted and put in the work to get what we wanted, even when it wasn’t in store. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Charisma jewelry store is more than a jewelry store. I’ve had wonderful experiences buying my last few pieces mainly in the diamond category. Lisa is very pleasant, patient and well versed in diamonds. I received appraisal paperwork with each purchase and also received fair value for my exchanged pieces. I will go back and back to buy future diamonds at Charisma Jewelers .

The first time I went to charisma was shopping for my engagement ring with my now husband. But I have been back several times and would never consider going anywhere else. Marco consistently helps my husband whenever we go and makes us feel like family. I also have a few Marco pieces that he personally made that are just gorgeous! The quality is unsurpassed and the customer service is amazing everyone makes you feel welcome and special while shopping. I have never felt so comfortable at a jewelry store and I love all my pieces from here they are special treasures!

I bought my engagement ring here and I cannot express enough how amazing this place and staff was. I went in knowing little about rings and the 4 Cs and Lisa was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my first visit. She guided me through picking out a ring and was extremely reasonable on price compared to other jewelers. My fiancée fell in love with this ring and the proposal was very smooth and Lisa even gave a nice gift basket with champagne and ring cleaner. I will be going to them for all jewelry related items in the future! Lisa was incredible, and the small interactions I had with the other workers there should not go unnoticed as they all had smiles on and were very friendly.
